Welcome to the sign in page for Bipolar UK's Online Community where people seek and share lived experience and support each other to manage the condition.

Please follow the three simple registration steps below:

1. It is important that all users agree to and understand our Online Community Code of Conduct.

Please tick the check box to our Code of Conduct when creating your account. If you do not complete this step we are unable to approve your registration and delays may occur.

2. We operate on an anonymous basis, so please choose a username that does not identify you or your email address. Using part of your name or email is also not allowed.

If you do choose or reference part of your name or email when signing up, we will not be able to approve your registration automatically and delays may occur whilst we email you to update you.

3. All users must verify their email addresses.

You will be sent an automated email when you first sign up with a link to verify your email address. If you do not verify your email address we will not be able to approve your registration and delays may occur.

For information

Our moderators are on hand between 8am and 8pm daily. However, Bipolar UK does not offer any specific crisis support and we recommend that you seek help off-line if you, or someone you support, needs urgent or crisis support.

If you're not feeling safe contact NHS 111, your local Crisis Team or Single Point of Access, the Samaritans (116 123 / jo@samaritans.org), call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.

If you haven’t visited us for over two years you will need to re-register.

You can unsubscribe at any time from our Online Community by emailing community@bipolaruk.org - please put 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Thank you for joining and using our Online Community.
